L1 visa
1. While applying for visa should I mention only tools or technologies internal to Microsoft or the ones which are generally available Microsoft technologies too or both? 2. While reapplying for L1 visa, is the content of earlier applied L1 visa compared or the re-application is totally a fresh one? I am going to ask it to attorney as well but community already has experiences which I would like to know.
_You_ don't mention anything, the application is completely drafted by your employer's attorneys. They know exactly how it works, what tools and technologies are better mentioned, and what — better omitted. They also know your situation better, (such as whether your company has a blanket L1 visa, which makes a lot of difference)
