L5 Preparation Tips for Google
I am L62 at Microsoft and I am thinking to start interviewing now. I am very unclear on what should I prep for senior roles at Companies ~ L5 at Google. I know Amazon will offer SDE 2 only. My stats - L62, 5.5 yoe, 50 Lakhs Google recruiter have reached out, I am not sure if I should go for L4 or L5 interviews. Can someone please help me understand what all is required to prep for L5 ?
Imo, always interview for the highest possible level. Even if things don't fully work out and you get downleveled, it might still be a level that's acceptable to you. Interview for L4, and big G may downlevel you to L3 after interviews
