8 YOE. TC 120K$ (it's Sweden so this is ~99,5 percentile) Assume you ignored the current global economics climate. For some context, the SaaS core product is ML-based budget allocation for running ads on multi channels. What seems to impress me is that the leadership team are all ex-CxO from SP500. They said they have connections to clients, but they are struggling with scaling the platform.
$4M annual revenue? That’s too small
What you have to consider is the potential growth of the startup, and how much impact you’ll be able to have on it as an executive. Do you believe that the market exceeds $4M? By how much? Are you sold on the mission? Do you think the current leadership is strong? Think about these questions as you make your decision. Startup could end up being much more lucrative in the long run depending on the answers.

It depends
Love how people here are pretending to have the answer when there clearly isn't enough information to give solid advice. There are tons of different factors that go beyond comp at play here, and we have no idea about them.
It’s not the comp that’s alarming. It’s the fact that the annual revenue is $4M...for a SaaS startup? I mean, with that kind of revenue, they should be bootstrapping at that point. I know for me, that means eating ramen noodles for lunch every day for at least 2-3 years. No thank you!

The SAAS company won’t exist a few years from now, Google you’ll be making 30-50% more due to stock growth. Plus your equity will be diluted to make it worthless.
