I'd say around 155k base, 120k in stock, and 50k sign on for the first couple of years
155k base for a PM? I heard it was 126k for a PM and 140k for PMT?
That's for fresh MBAs. OP seems like a lateral hire and since he's from MSFT, I assumed it's PMT
