L6 salary range for Amazon
i have competing offers and and amazon L6 offer with strong interview feedback. whats the max possible for this band? something around 500k is possible? my competing offers are coming around 475k YOE 8 TC 360k SDE

(Might be worth updating the post with YoE and role - sde/sdm etc.) That said, with competing offers at 475, I dont see why you can't ask for 500. I think that's outside the L6 band for new hires though

I saw Amazon paying 290k for folks with 3 YoE at L5. So maybe 500k is doable with 8 YoE.

I recently saw several L6 initial offers here all were around 300k. Don’t know the final number after negotiation though.

500K is well into L7 range
Looking at other Blind posts for Amazon 500K may be a stretch . Post your current TC and competing offers .
