Is "From the River to the Sea" So Wrong?
I haven't done that many leetcodes but I usually look up questions post-interview to see if I missed any better solutions, etc. Here's my anecdotal data: Amazon: 3 phone screens, all LC medium (passed all but only picked one for onsite) 1 in person: 2 LC med that evolved into hard (base problem medium elevated to hard after solving base case), 2 med, 1 easy (last 10min of bar raiser) Facebook: Hard phone screen. onsite with 2x hard 2x medium (failed interview due to Android system design / knowledge) 1 med + 1 hard phone screen. On site is next week. Uber: 2 med phone screen. 3 med 1 hard onsite.
Great work on putting these down .. for amazon they usually ask directly out of LC tagged ones ? 2 med to hard in 1 round or 2 diff rounds ?
Not sure if they're tagged on LC or not, again, I've probably done 2 dozen LC max but I did competitive programming in school and tend to do fine on these without much prep. (Certainly contra people here who do hundreds or thousands..) I meant two separate rounds each of which started with a medium problem (e.g. count number of islands problem) and evolved into a hard within the same interview session.
