You’re clearly missing the point! I believe he has a fair point. Algorithmic fairness is a concern but manipulating algorithm to become “How we’d like to define fair internally” is a greater concern
Folks who like to brag about TC anonymously seems to forget that you’d think twice about broadcasting your TC to all your families and friends many of whom may be making minimum wages.

Yes. A typical senior engineer(L4/L5) at Snap earns between 400 to 600k. Agree 260k is pretty good at MS. Btw I was at Microsoft before and my comp doubled when I switched to Snap.
