I was going Affirm jobs and was skimming through the description and I found pay grade and a link to their salary info for all grades. I respect their pay grade transparency. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vF_zZ2EaIwE9YeRLsclvyPnQzdoSKBqU/view #affirm #salaries Edit 1: Every job has been published with paygrade.
bestie idk what this means
LMAO
real
Each pay grade after 28 has atleast 50K difference between min and max; idk how that helps
Edit: this appears to be intended to be public. Cool. Hmm, is this supposed to be confidential information? It seems overly detailed for most company’s published info. If this is public info, I applaud affirm for being more transparent than most other companies, even with wide ranges. You can probably guess grade by looking at levels.fyi and comparing things to this list.
It's posted on every job listing on their careers site along with which level the role is for
Then I 100% applaud the transparency compared to many companies. I think the bands are a bit wide, but again bravo affirm!
Oh this is only base salary l. Fyi usa30-31 is L5-6
All those pay grades transparency stuff only helps a little bit. The big money (especially after senior/staff) is stock and companies don’t have to disclose the bands.
stock bands are also disclosed, internally at least.
How do the stock bands look like?
The numbers are only base or total package.
I was told by recruiter that 28 is L5. Is this true? Title has senior in it.
Hi there, do they really follow the range to give the compensation and to give the offer?
the stock price increase tho 🚀🚀

This doesn’t help if I don’t know wtf a grade corresponds to.
The grade is listed in the job post...
Wait are you referring to job grade and L# correlation? If so my bad, I misinterpreted.
