Benchling wlb and culture
How is benchling like for swe? Just completed onsite and expecting an offer. I want to know how the wlb and culture is like before deciding. Anyone at benchling care to share? Tc: was 240k, 0 now Yoe: 4

Very solid. I'm sure it varies by team but it's definitely not a grind culture, rarely see working on weekends and it's not expected at all. People take their vacations and it's encouraged by management. Two one week shutdowns per year - Christmas to new year and fourth of July.
But you have to go into the office three days a week?
SWE usually put up 135 lbs or less when maxing out
