because of market dynamics and the chill workload I have now, I have been saying no to recruiter emails from FANG and comparable companies. But the thought that my salary is on the low end is bothering me these days. Please review and let me know if there's a significant salary improvement opportunity that is worth taking the additional effort to interview and move or if I am being paid industry standard. I know that some teams at Adobe itself pay more. But I'm not interested in their very high pressure work. I feel even at Adobe you are getting underpaid. I have seen P40’s getting 200+ base at Adobe with higher stocks. But I feel you can map P40 at Adobe to experienced L5 at google. Who typically get 400-500. I wouldn’t compare with Microsoft because we are paid🥜🥹
I don't understand how you have 10 years experience in a field that is five years old; but if that is true, good MLEs at Amazon/Google at the mid senior level are looking at 400k-600k in LCOL And 500-800k in HCOL. But the workload isnt chill. At all. We re all racing again OpenAI, Microsoft AI and various startups
