Lam Research Program / project manager 2 offer evaluation
Hi folks, I received an offer from Lam Research for PM role in Fremont CA: Base Pay:$84K New hire RSU’s over x years:$15000 (didn’t mention the year) Annual Bonus Target: 10% Sign on Bonus: didn’t mention yet YOE: 2 yrs in related projects Please help to evaluate the offer. Seems about right for a level 2, though you could probably bump the base to like 90k. why don't you go for level 3? 2 is really entry level. Like new grads straight out of school start at 2.

84k base in Cal. that's almost poverty level

Yeah LAM doesn't pay much. I think L3 pays like $112k base.
BTW, I have 2 master’s degree
