Interested in hearing how it is now. I see from past posts some seemingly conflicting things... Originally a German company with nearly all dev in Munich + a lot of ex-SAP. And yet recent layoffs, Google people in charge and bad WLB? Is this a company in transition? #celonis #google
Hmm. Just spoke to them and their story was "valued at 11bn but were probably worth even more now".
Currently working at Celonis. Just commenting on some of OPs points: It is not correct that all devs are in Munich. Dev teams in the US are growing quite fast. However it is true that Munich played an important role due to its roots in Munich. Going forward it will also continue to play an important role as an important dev hub. However, there are 2 new SVPs in engineering building up teams in the US. Layoffs --> correct. however, I wouldn't say they are unusual. look at the FAANG layoff movements .. WLB --> I think WLB in PnE is currently suffering. mainly because there are some bigger initiatives going on. however its true that PnE culture is moving towards a Google-like culture (CPO and Chief engineering officer are both ex-google)
Thanks for info! Coincidentally, I just decided to pass on the interview process this morning.
WLB "currently suffering" is an illusion. It’s been like this ever since Celonis hired their first employee

I think they are but is there a cost? Reviews on here are very different to reviews on Glassdoor. Loads of 5-stars on Glassdoor.
