Layoffs Criteria: JPMC
Curious to see what are the metrics being used to do the next round of layoffs at JPMC. I heard that it's highly encouraged to have AWS certs at EOY, which I believe might be used to decide whose valuable to the team or not, and then the 60 percent metric. Any idea of what else might be used as a metric? #engineering #JPMC #layoffs

Unlikely that cert will save you. Attendance will. Other than that, it comes down to how valueable management perceives you relative your peers, above all else, and that’s a subjective metric.
