Old news , there was a 200 people layoff back in August,mostly bv folks. There could be a new actual one coming but no one knows, business and quarterly results are great unlike tech companies.
200 for Walmart is like a fraction of an fte for the average retailer. Plus bv is all legacy fat I believe

To a limited extent yes but not really imo. Let's not forget some of the blue collar workers are skills-traded and they often require special training and lengthy tenure to master their profession
