I have an upcoming interview with Opendoor for the role of Lead Operations Analyst/Data Analyst. Can anyone share what should I expect in the interview and your experience working at the company. #interview #finance

Do you know which team? Org overall is good. Pay IMHO still below market rate, however, you can negotiate if you have leverage. Culture has been hit hard (like many) because of remote work. Business operations is strong, we have product market fit and capital to help with scaling the business with excellent c-level team overall. The problem is hard and very challenging on a lot of fronts, you won't be bored, however, at times, stills feels like a late early stage startup because of so many process changes.
It’s for the home loans team. Thanks for the insight! Can you describe what the interview process is typically?
ODHL runs differently than the core business, so not entirely sure their interview process. Would expect a take home, standard 4-6 panel interview covering different aspects of org pillars and if you fit into what the technical requirements and team dynamics.
