Lead Product Marketing Manager vs Product Marketing Manager
At Google what’s the difference between these titles? The lead role I’m interviewing for has no team. @Google
Does having the “lead” title help with moving into leadership more quickly?
Very little except maybe level. Lead is generally L6/L7 although L7 without a team is nearly unheard of. PMM can be L3-L6.
