Lead Software Engineer role at JP Morgan
Hi, I have applied for a lead software role in Java at JPM in NYC and was wondering what level (VP?) maps to the JPM ladder. What base salary should I ask for and do you have any tips for the interviews? #interview #jpmorgan I have 17 years in Java development roles, 12 in finance with 7 years in E-Trading/FIX. Thanks

You can definitely get higher than VP with your YoE…we have a bootcamp devs with 1 YoE at VP.

Lead maps to VP level. Salary will depend upon location.
