How is the Lead Software Position @ Fidelity at L6 ? Is it a software development position with hands on development or managing people ? How’s the work culture in Fidelity - Is it laid back or they make people work on weekends etc ? TC:200k

After senior it's principal. L6. Yes hands on, it's equivalent to l63/l64 in scope. Likely same tc or bit less. Fidelity is super chill.

Maybe they changed things but principal was l6. Anyway senior l5 I'd like l61/62. Super chill as in better wlb than the most relaxed orgs in msft.
