That’s pretty average for SDE I and SDE II Level 64 (second level senior) min target is 24k which is a travesty That being said a lot of teams give one off stock refreshers of like 80k for retention of the team is relevant (cloud and azure)

Mini-Microsoft needs to return; employees posted their salary, raises, RSUs and bonuses every year. That said, other platforms like Levels.fyi are just as useful.
