Should you try to research, understand and learn these "Amazon internal rules" and then knowingly get in to play by them. Instead stay away from this company and do well for yourself?

I guess we should try to understand rules equally well at different companies and not just Amazon. Why study the worst in the industry and become part of it.
If you have the means to jump try it but if you’re stuck with AMZN then sure by all means play the game.
Better to not get in and then deteriorate on personality, mental health and confidence.
