I have put down my papers today , would be leaving for better opportunity .. Some findings-- 1. I was working in TPX - BTR (Release Engineering), this team is internal to Paypal working on a very niche[Managing Paypal releases] domain which was not a good career move. 2. Paypal is a Employee friendly company ,I had a nice time here ,WLB is questionable ranging from 8hrs to 15hrs some days, it gave me opportunity at a less experience to take interviews of others ->SDE-1,2,3 even SDE-4 and contractors.. 3. The pay is very average , after putting in the above said hrs in this domain lost all my motivation to work here.. could have stayed here and changed teams 4. The team was very helpful in ramping me up for work at every stage.... 5.Paypal does not have well defined process, after working for some time I did not find Paypal to be a tech company.. my opinion , the products were legacy and too much on call which involved operational work ...not good design practices were followed in my team and manager was also in-experienced who does not know how to manage a team .. After practicing for 5 months straight with due hardwork got offers from -> 1.OCI- MTS2-- Accepted 2. Adobe MTS2-- Rejected 3. Amazon SDE-2--Accepted 4. Microsoft -L60-- Rejected 5. Atlassian -SDE-1 --Rejected 6. Nutanix -- MTS-3 Accepted 7. Meesho-- SDE-2 --Accepted 8. Cloudera- SDE-2 -- Accepted Rejected offers due to TC, team and company Need to plan where to go next. Current TC- 18 + 2 bonus + 4 lakh(stocks per year)-> 24 Exp- 2.5 Holding max offer Amazon-> Salary: INR 29,00,000 Signing Bonus: INR 12,00,000 first year. INR 10,00,000 second year. DM for VMware
Is it normal to reject so many offers after accepting them?
Not common but no one would bat an eye. Not common because there are gonna be less people with so many offers at a same time.
I did not accept these offers , rejected them upfront ... Adobe low-balled me big time, hence rejected it upfront
Congrats op.. Interested in compensation breakdown of Meesho and Nutanix.
Nutanix - 32 base +6 joining bonus + 48L /4 per year for 4 years Meesho -30 Base + 3 JB + 20L ESOPS
Still negotiating with Nutanix to match Amazon offer.. whereas OCI is ready to match Amazon
So you planning to renege on so many offers after accepting them?
I am still negotiating , still giving more interviews .... dont want to come to Amazon
Dm for Salesforce referral. Also could you share atlassian interview experience
I have taken referral for salesforce from so many people , but not even a single one results me in getting call for an interview.... like every week I take referral for Salesforce , but till now not even a single interview has happened for me
I have taken few referrals too but didn't get any call or email. I guess people just wanted to see who is the actual person asking for refferal they don't bother to refer.
Ohh dude, the market is crazy for sde 2 hiring lol. I never in my life got so many offers.
Congrats OP. .. you've revealed too much about yourself

OP Did you try re-negotiating with any of the companies after accepting the offer and getting better offer? How did it workout for you?
What about cloudera ..how is their offer..
