Literally just did the same. Moved to long-term treasuries. Might be a little early but I'm expecting rate cuts to start in Q3 2019

With rising interest rates are bonds really the way to go?
Rates will rise into 2019 but based on what we've seen in the housing market, I'd expect a slowdown. 30Y treasuries tend to hit bottom BEFORE the rate cut cycle begins. I'm going to accumulate a position over the next 6 months. Worst case I get 3% yield and preserve my capital. Not interested in the risk/reward trade-off in the current stock market
Safer than stocks IMO
