What's a good leetcode profile goal? Seems like it's used heavily for referrals. Ideal Problems Solved? Ideal Acceptance Rate?

As serious as send your leetcode profiles comments?
New Grad here. 300+ solved. Never got a referral. Is it something new or do people refer you or is it a Leetcode thing? Curios 🤔
The idea is you post your leetcode profile on blind and ask for referrals I guess.
I've seen people asking "send me your leetcode profile" when someone posts asking for a referral at tier 1 companies.
Goals is when your profile says you solved all the hard ones. Anyone can do all the easy and few mediums and say they did 300+.
And that anyone is usually only as good as cracking Tesla. 🤣🤣

Actually I just did an easy one and it was super hard. It was to implement strstr. pattern matching using KMP. It’s definitely not an easy problem as the tag must’ve been wrong. I did brute force and got to 11%
I asked for it jokingly on here, but am pleasantly surprised when they actually send it. Just want to see a good faith effort at the grind. 200+ ideal
I see! I have been seeing a lot of threads where this was mentioned so got curious. The 200+ showcases the grind. What about the acceptance rate? Is that something which is looked at?
