Hi Blinders, I am solving good amount of problems under easy , medium. But somehow find it difficult to pick hard problems to solve. Can you guys help me out in providing some well known hard LC problem list to solve ? LC status - 78/99/7 Thanks Blinders! 🙏🏽 TC - 180k Yoe - 3 #leetcode #linkedin #microsoft #fangmula #engineering #software #swe
Just <500 hard ones, do them all. Two hard a day, you can finish it in one year. You still have 20+ years in career. After 1 year, if you finish them all, you can smash almost 50%+(maybe 80%) interviews.
I am doomed 🥲
I am not joking. Seriously. It pays off
What about the airport route one? I got that one in a screening for Blind and failed miserably.
I find regular expression hard problems insanely hard.
If anybody can remember regex syntax then they deserve a job off that alone
This is one of the most fav topics in G interview.
Try to finish FB hard tagged questions they cover all topics of DS&Algo. They are around 100. That should be a good start. If you solve those there would be another 100 hard overlapping with these questions. Try revising multiple time then you should be good to solve most of the questions. Don't think even medium and easy are needed to be solved after this.
Alien dictionary, median of two sorted arrays, lru cache, lfu cache. BTW I remember lru cache was hard question few years ago but now that I check they changed it to medium. Wtf lol
Not sure if this is easy to filter for, but I would do common or medium-ish hard problems. Your return on time doing very hard problems is little to none. You could spend all day on a hard problem but it’s going to do little in terms of interview prep.
There's literally buttons in LC to rank and filter problems by difficulty and frequency
I meant to ask some of the top hard questions you guys would use to solve just before interviews 😅
