Level 61 Msft in finance org se2 profile
My wife got a job in Microsoft as level 61 and I wanted to know the package she should be getting. She is offered 120 base 10k joining 15k one time stocks. I'm a Msft alumni and was getting more than this at level 59.

L61 finance is paying $120k? Thats pretty good. I know l62s who make slightly less

Not too bad. I have a friend in finance at L62 who got $135k with $15k one time stock sign on. The level is higher but it’s perspective and there was no cash sign on
