Level 65 IC PM compensation range @ Microsoft
Can you please share the compensation range for Level 65 IC PM (sign in bonus, stocks and base salary) in a engineering product group at Microsoft?

The range is huge. 300k to 475k. The highest offer I've seen is 475k - 220k base, 44k target cash merit bonus, 36k target stock merit bonus, 540k joining stock (over 4 years), 100k joining cash bonus (over 2 years). The typical offer ranges from 300-375k.

$220k base seems very high, geez I do not even hit $200k
I’m not sure honestly about 65. But can say it depends in addition to geography.
