There are 8 IC levels. GSR 1 to GSR 8 (GSR - General Salary Roll). Then there are 5 leadership levels. LL6 to LL2. See this for salary ranges https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://corporate.ford.com/content/dam/corporate/us/en-us/documents/careers/2021-benefits-and-comp-GSR-sal-plan-1.pdf&ved=2ahUKEwiD64DOk-LzAhWIFTQIHQ6iDRMQFnoECAMQAQ&usg=AOvVaw1P0_nBaZJZr2-Ch-LyZWo1 Quite surprised to see they published it publicly.

Though that's an unlisted document, pretty sure it was meant for employees only

As mentioned above, salaried ford employees fall into either “gsr” (general salary role) or “ll” (leadership level) bands. Gsr is “below” ll. Gsr is leveled from 1-8 (with gsr one being the lowest compensation band and gsr eight being the highest). Once you get promoted out of gsr into ll levels, the ll levels start at ll6 (lowest comp) and end at ll1 (highest comp). As far as numbers go, I’d guess that there is one ll6 for every 8-35 gsr employees, and maybe one ll5 for ever 30-75 gsr employees. Once you reach ll4, there isn’t much interaction with lower level employees, so it’s hard for me to guess the ratio. The comp bands for gsr levels can be found here: https://corporate.ford.com/content/dam/corporate/us/en-us/documents/careers/2022-benefits-and-comp-GSR-sal-plan-1.pdf Within IT you can also receive a “HTHD” (high tech high demand) designation; which allows them to pay you an adjusted (increased) comp. This might exist for other departments as well, but I’m not sure. This HTHD designation goes with you as you are promoted. (I was initially given HTHD when I was a gsr 6, and it stuck with me in gsr 7 and gsr8 without me needing to “re-earn” the designation at all) The pay bands for this can be found here: https://corporate.ford.com/content/dam/corporate/us/en-us/documents/careers/2022-benefits-and-comp-GSR-sal-plan-2.pdf Once you hit management (I think you can jump to management from gsr 7, but I did it from gsr8), the “ll” levels start at ll6 being the lowest comp, all the way up to ll1 being highest comp. I can only find numbers for ll6 and ll5 (and I left before reaching ll4). You can find those here: Ll6: https://corporate.ford.com/content/dam/corporate/us/en-us/documents/careers/2022-benefits-and-comp-LL6-sal-plan-1.pdf Ll5: https://corporate.ford.com/content/dam/corporate/us/en-us/documents/careers/2022-benefits-and-comp-LL5-sal-plan-1.pdf These don’t take into account bonus payouts, which value greatly based on individuals. However I think a typical bonus target for gsr ranges from 5,000-20,000 (and you can earn slightly more or significantly less than target based on ford’s performance and your individual output)
