Levels fyi currency conversion

How does levels fyi convert currency between GBP/USD/EUr? Is it static at the time of submission or dynamic with the current exchange rate, and which rate is it? I’m having a hard time making sense of some of the numbers edit: ok - i did some reverse engineering and it look like levels.fyi converts with the rate at the time of the posting.
