Levels in Revolut
I am a level 6 product manager at Amazon in Luxembourg, 5 YOE amazon and 3 YOE prior. Starting 7 years as Data Scientist. I’m thinking about moving to fin tech like Revolut or Bitstamp. Anyone knows how does leveling work in Revolut? And who’s paid more- data scientists or product managers? I am looking to relocate to London or Amsterdam (missing big cities), so trying to assess how much of a monetary loss can I expect.
Junior, mid, senior, lead, director, vp, svp, exec. 8 years sounds like lead/director. Would say PM

Op, as an L6 what is your TC at Amazon and work life in Lux? Also apart from major city missing, what else prompted you to move to London/Amsterdam?
Base - €101k, stocks - €18k. Lack of opportunities outside of amazon promoted me first. Then, I realized I’m not cut for this town life as such. Then, this thought popped up in my head, if amazon PIPs me, I’ll be screwed as I cannot find another company in Lux.
Lol! PIP stories, I think Lux isn’t so cruel right? And TC of 120k EUR is awesome!! I agree, outside Amazon there is nothing in Lux. But you can move to Amazon London too right? And then switch?

I don’t really have any preference. I like DS and PM equally. Hence, money is the deciding factor.
