The salaries reported by level on Levels.fyi are a small sample size for most companies but seem plausible and don’t disagree with anecdotes posted here on Blind. Any strong feelings on whether they’re realistic, or too low, or too high?

For NEW offers I think it's reasonably close. If you haven't jumped ship in 5 years you are probably making significantly less.
I assume the people who seek out this type of information, stumble upon this site, and add their salary information are very TC focused. So likely it’s going to skew to the high end of average.
