Manager hinted I’m bottom L5 on team and NI bucket. I promoted around 12mo and now wish I stayed as L4 where I’d probably be HV3/TT. There was another L5 that was pipped so makes sense I’m lowest as other L5 are about 4 years at Amazon and chasing L6. I thought new promo was safe. I don’t feel my work ethic or ability to perform has dropped since promotion. From high praise and fast promo to needs improvement 😪 Ads
