Musings (rant?) of an old timer
I am joining LinkedIn next week and currently on STEM OPT. My recruiter has put me in contact with BAL. They are extremely slow in answering any questions or providing me with information. My school requires submission of the i983 training plan to DSO within 5 days. Does LinkedIn have internal docs which can help in filling out employer information, etc by myself ? #linkedin
Meanwhile, one thing you can also try is email both BAL and your recruiter and really stress the importance of getting your questions answered. Tell them your school has a deadline and if you don’t meet this, you may not be able to join.
Yes, i send them an email this morning that my employment will be in jeopardy but still no reply.
Hey OP what happened with your case? In a similar situation with BAL

All you need is the EIN. Maybe, even your recruiter can give that to you. And this is public information too, you only need information from this page to update USCIS: https://legal.linkedin.com/content/dam/legal/LinkedIn-Corporation-Data-Sheet.pdf
Thanks. I see that the EIN is mentioned here. There are 2 Ncais codes, do you know which one to use? Also are you working at LinkedIn and fill up this form with them?
I did it while working at Amazon. For NAICS, either of the numbers should be fine
