LinkedIn culture reversal?
Heard that LinkedIn culture went downhill recently with PIP quotas and layoffs, but even more recently have heard that these trends have improved as management realized that morale got seriously affected. How’s it like there right now? #linkedin

Morale has not recovered after layoffs last year
Some perks seem to have recovered slightly and it appears there are more events lately.
Is there a PIP quota still?
