I got a down level offer at LinkedIn about 2 years ago. I accepted but reneged before the start date. I’ve applied to two positions at LinkedIn about a week ago and haven’t heard back. Do they really have a do not hire list ? SWE - tc 500k

Feel blessed! You dont wanna jump On a sinking ship
how is it sinking?
Falling grow, pressure to fire bottom 10%, looming layoffs, outdated technologies, toxic work environment fostering hunger-game style environment. Stay away amigo!
what’s so bad about linkedin now?
Our recruiting team is slammed right now, and there is a high likelihood that your applications have not been reviewed yet.

Slammed for what. Trying for someone to accept an offer? With stunted growth and no new product, unrealistic expectations, no pay for performance, pips and looming layoffs, it's not a great place to move to right now.
