LinkedIn infra culture

Will join LinkedIn infra teams as SWE. I’m just curious the internal culture of infra side? People are nice and helpful? Many on-call? I suppose wlb is worse than product side but still good? And I’m planning to stay for a few years, so is it easy for internal transfer and flow to learn different technology? I’m not through team match, just directly match with hiring manager, so transfer is allowed? I also got Apple offer, but internal transfer is basically impossible at Apple so I turn down that offer. That’s why I’m asking for LinkedIn.
