I just gave my LinkedIn interview. One coding round went amazingly well. Another coding round had two questions - I was able to solve one and give an approach to the other one(but unable to code). Two design rounds went amazingly well. The third design round was not that great. Any chances of getting an offer?
Strong no-hire. But seriously, no one can say here. Self-evaluation is often inflated, but if you truly got 4/5 "amazing" there's a good chance. GL
Thanks much. More like 3/5, so guess I am not going to get it.
You will get it don't worry 😊 if not it's not the end of world. Some better opportunity will be waiting for you out there :)
"Gave" as in you were interviewing a candidate or "had" as in they were interviewing you?
3 design rounds? Is this for senior staff? How was the craftsmanship module? The staff bar is pretty high and they err on the side of caution at staff+. My guess, if your evaluation is accurate you may get downleveled or asked for a followup interview.
Er, what is craftsmanship module :/
Looks at how you raised the engineering bar. The "art"
no hire!
Did u get in??
Tell us about the amazingly good/not so good design rounds.
