I suspect a lot of these is just aggressive teams telling underperformers to fuck off and some of these underperformers just happen to be women. We should be careful about mixing these with actual sexism. I mean on our team, we can barely get good female engineers as is so they are treated as goddesses (assuming they perform)
How is LinkedIn the shameful company here? I think uber is the shameful company. Interviewing employees about the atmosphere is just what people do to write articles.
