Jpmc counts bonus as your TC for the year. You work the year, you get the 1/3 bonus as RSU grant 3 months into the second year, which has its first vest after 2 years of the grant date. You get your 2024 bonus in 2027. The is the best company to work for according to LinkedIn. And Medtronic offers $170k TC for a senior staff in the Bay Area. This is the 50th best company to work for.

I've worked for JP and Google and I can tell you the kinds of things people are rating on are *massively* different. If you dropped your average complaining Googler into JP, they'd freaking die from shock. If you dropped your average bootlicking JPer into Google, they'd think they were on vacation.
