LinkedIn vs Facebook

Got offers from both of them. Did a better interview for LinkedIn than Facebook, so only got an e4 from Facebook. LinkedIn gave me a senior while the tc is not bad while Facebook is pretty strict of their offer. Is there a way to negotiate that?

LinkedIn titles are fairly inflated; E4 and Senior are pretty close.

No. Linkeidn senior is pretty wide range, more analogous to google t4. FB e4 is for college grads with 2 year exp
