Wait Senior band at LinkedIn is max at 350k and that too with sign on. Your TC sounds like it's in staff range. Are you sure you are not trolling us here ? Is it MLE or Applied research category?

LI wlb is better from what I know of both so I would stay if you’re happy
Snap is dicey and quite frankly don't know how things are going to pan out for them.
