Are tech workers as rich as they think we are?
I understand sheer volume and competition is making it harder to get jobs, but LinkedIn needs to enforce better rules to job posters. Seeing a “reposted” position from a FAANG company with 250+ applications tells me they are just wasting peoples time. If no one is getting jobs there, a competitor will rise and everyone will migrate off there. TC: $180k #engineering #software #swe
LinkedIn "will" lose credibility...? Fast forward a few months to catch up with us!
It's the same thing with dating apps/sites. When everyone can search and apply so easily, it drives up competition, a cancelling-out effect.
Wait, LinkedIn is for jobs? I thought it's Facebook for people with a job...
Linkedin has credibility for your profile. Not for getting jobs
This is such a small fraction of LinkedIn users that it’s a blip at most.
Fed up of applying through LinkedIn. Not even single job call since months even after exact profile match
Yeah. And go where?
Linkedin needs to fix their search engine. I hate getting "promoted" job search results that don't contain the word I searched for.
