Pls is an IC 1 training program for ML a regular SWE role or is it sort of a REACH or talent development program or apprenticeship? Any ideas of the likelihood TC? Not sure if it’s a regular SWE so, can’t use the data on level.FYI Any info about this program is welcome 🙏
