Loandepot experience? Principal reduction to borrower
Anyone have experience with loan depot? I emailed/called the person handling my loan, but no reply. My loan is funded, I see on the disclosure, "Payoffs and Payments", there is a line for "Principal Reduction to BORROWER" which is about 1k. I expect my that amount to be deducted from my loan amount, but I do not see that reflected. Anyone has any experience or pointers?

Reach out to your Senior Account Manager’s, Processing Manager and they’ll be able to clarify the Principle Reduction for you.
What was the interest rate u got and loan amount ?
