For those who have money on paper do to illiquid equity positions.... but have no access to cash. What are your thoughts on programs that lend against future payouts.
See if anyone even wants to buy your options. Most startup options worth next to nothing. If no one wants the options, you should just leave it on the table.
Terrible idea. It's possible (especially for founders etc) but they rates they charge - at least what I saw - was like legalized theft.
Do you mean RSUs? One of the major restrictions (the r in rsu) is that they can't be used as collateral for a loan
