I am not able to login for days as their automated system refuses to allow me to recover my account. I can't be on the same network, use the same device, be in the same country etc to effectively recover my account. I wish I stuck to AWS. Azure support has been pretty useless. What would I do, let them bill my card for the rest of my life? #microsoft #azure
freeze your card or just cancel it worse case scenario, order another one. stuff like this is why virtual cards exist, which AWS accepts, GCP and Oracle don't, no idea if azure does but yea, after learning how good AWS CDK is I don't think I can go to a cloud provider without its own CDK anymore

Read their TOS and find out which information they can take from you and use it to tell them to reactivate your account. - Based on if it actually is this kind of situation.
2. Get the contact of the general counsel member who has proximity to the area of account management your trying to solve for. - Inform him about this and use given your TOS or given something in some laws(GDPR etc) my rights are being infringed on and the customer support is not doing anything about it. - Based on if it's a direct scenario as I have weaved in the above.
