Lockheed Martin

So I have been applying for jobs at Lockheed Martin in Ft. Worth for several years. The most I have ever received from a posting is an email asking if I needed any reasonable accommodation. What is the combination of resume wording or preferred format to get an interview? I feel like the problem is I'm trying to come in at supervisor level or higher because I don't want to take a pay cut, but not even one interview in 3+ years? Gotta be some flag catching I don't know about.

Without a resume how in the world could we tell you anything?

Resume changes for every job posting based on keys words. Ex. Boeing used STAR format for resume and interviewing. What does Lockheed use? What/how is the screener set to filter. I've tried many many variations

Lockheed uses BrassRing. Check out jobscan.co on tips on how to cater your resume to this system. If you want a referral, DM me.

If you have clearance, you might want to apply to Amazon :-)

Apply for a regular engineering position. Lockheed has high level engineers who can get paid more than managers. Management is weird at LM to get into, unless your currently a manager itโ€™s really hard to get into from the outside.

In general Lockheed is better but it will really depend on the individual post.
