Lockheed offer
#Lockheed input please.. expecting an offer soon.. L5 senior staff engineer. 20yoe. Approx base pay 160s. Space systems in Denver area. High/low/average? Base is ok vs my current but bonuses worse.. how common is it to get the high performance bonus level? Is that only given for people almost at a promo? What's the usual annual raise? @Lockheed

Probably on higher end. I wouldn’t expect any type of bonus, no stock. Raise? 2-3%.
Why Lockheed? Your better off staying put (unless you like 10 year dev cycles)
