I'm a US citizen, not a visa issue. I have until March because that's when my severance period ends and I'll no longer have a job.

You can’t reapply to the same role with the referral link, but you can apply to new roles. In terms of how many - there isn’t a cap but use your discretion. If you apply to tons of jobs, could make you look unfocused to HR
