Looking for a new company
Hi everyone, I am currently an SDE at amazon with 1.5 YOE and looking to move to another company. I am on my 3rd manager so far I have been at Amazon and had a bunch of reorgs. On top of that, I don't think I really trust my new manager and not really interested in the product. I am looking for referrals in backend/MLE roles. I know the market is tough for someone less than 2 YOE but any help is appreciated. I have a masters in CS, two internships and also worked at a lab in college. I don't think Meta is looking for anything less than 2 YOE, otherwise I am open to it. Had 3 rounds of interviews with TikTok, waiting on their decision but not really excited about that. Don't think C1 is sponsoring visa for junior level engineers so no go for me
