This is the most self important answer ever. Wtf!? No one who is interested in mentoring is asking a mentee to give them something in return. Mentors are people who have the desire to share with and develop others and are willing to give their time to see someone else prosper. Where in the world is a request seeking a mentor a โprivilegedโ request?
